Provider's Education: Degree in Biology & Chemistry. Minor in Dance. Certifications in Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, Kettlebell, Indoor Cycling, Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, CPR & First Aid, BUTI, Tai Chi. 200 Ryt Yoga & 150 Ryt Trauma Yoga. AFFA & ACE certified.
Provider's Experience: I have 14 years of experience teaching. I have taught Yoga, Pilates Mat, Barre, Zumba, Strength, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, TABATA, etc.
