Weekly Meditation Classes

Learn Different Weekly Meditations including Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Self Love, Affirmation work, and easy breathing exercises to relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. Promote connection, community, and peace to all. Classes are 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, then time for Q&A. Open to all levels and beginners welcome!
