This Mindfulness Workshop is designed to help cultivate & maintain a sustainable cultural of well-being on behalf of your company.

The curriculum and practices are uniquely curated to increase engagement/participation with wellness and mindfulness resources, provide a science-backed education around resiliency and mental immunity, and to inspire community around work/life balance.

The lecture material and mindful conditioning practices encompass:

  • Mindfulness Concepts & Guided Meditation (General Health, Recovery, Mental Energy)
  • Posture Workshop & Breath work (General Health, Physical Activity, Bio Mechanics)
  • Yoga Practice (General Health, Physical Activity, Recovery, Bio Mechanics, Mental Energy)

Provider's Education: BA in Psychology from Columbia University, 500 hr YTT, 50hr YTT Flow, 45hr YTT Restorative & Breathwork
Provider's Experience: 10 years as a professional ballerina, 5 years taking & guiding Yoga
