Self Care (Mindfulness Tools) for the Caregiver

When you find yourself in the position of having to take care of another person, either out of necessity or vocation, it can leave you feeling drained or trapped; (especially if you don't know self care/self awareness tools to help you navigate throughout this process.) Explore your self care approach, and discover if it is either draining or sustaining your energy, so you can free yourself from tension, and from the trap of not acknowledging that your needs matter too.
