Fitting in Fitness

Our bodies were meant to move! How do we find time to get active, stay motivated, find ways to work around some of life’s obstacles and still get our exercise in? In this session, participants will learn everyday solutions to fit in fitness, including the right amount for you; the benefits of physical activity as it relates to your heart, your lungs, even your blood sugar; types of fitness training; ways to deal with excuses; and building a successful fitness plan that works! Includes demonstrations of exercises attendees can try right at their workstation.

Attendees will learn: New guidelines for exercise, specific benefits of exercise to body and brain, and the number one and two tips for keeping exercise on track.
