September is National Self-Care Awareness Month!
Our emotions can be fickle at times; we can live in heads, avoid, neglect and dismiss our own feelings on any given experience because it seems easier to move on instead of confronting our emotions head on. In this workshop, let’s normalize being honest about how we feel and design nets to catch stress, anxiety and fear so that we can develop ways to take the edge off and free ourselves.
