Kate will explain how certain foods can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Stress busting foods from every food group will be shared. She creates food options, pairings and easy menus. Kate shares a simple recipe and short demo that contains stress busting foods and beverages.

About this Speaker

Kate is a Holistic Nutritionist and for the past 18 years she has operated a family farm that is committed to sustainable, organic farming practices. She uses her training as a Holistic Nutritionist to teach others how foods can reduce stress and anxiety in their life.
