Navigating nutrition can feel overwhelming. With a universe of diet information at our finger tips, thanks to the internet, it can be challenging to determine what types of food will best serve our overall health and wellness. And with all the changes in industry requirements regarding food labels, interpreting our way through the grocery aisle can become a full-time job. This workshop will teach simple strategies for reading food labels and nutrition facts to help make healthy, informed choices for you and your family.
