About This Speaker

Ilse is a former L’Oreal marketer and healthcare innovation consultant turned habit-based wellness guru. She developed this habit-based approach because she wanted to make it possible to build a wellness routine and simultaneously pursue a career. As she interviewed hundreds of individuals, she realized how unrealistic and overwhelming existing approaches to wellness were. After three years of experimenting, she found the formula that works: building habits, one at a time.


Writing down my goals and understanding the common denominator that was preventing me from reaching them was incredible. It all becomes clear and simple when it's written and placed in front of you.
