This workshops is perfect for any parent expecting a baby or for those who have a baby at home (up to 18 month of age). When parents return to work after giving birth, babies are not yet sleeping through the night. This workshop helps parents navigate normal sleeping patterns for newborns, as well as how to establish healthy routines to improve upon their baby's sleep.
Attendees will Learn
-What to expect for sleep when bringing a newborn home in terms of normal awake windows and sleep cycles
-How and when to establish a bedtime routine, and naps during the day
-How to get their baby to sleep longer stretches at night
-What sleep training is and when it is appropriate to do with their baby, if needed
-The transition for sleep for a newborn, to 12 week old baby, to beyond 16 weeks
-How to balance family life and work and knowing when to ask for help
