Vanessa is a bold visionary with a passion for women’s health. She graduated as a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016. Vanessa strongly believes that most health conditions are preventable through education, understanding the connection between emotions and lifestyle choices, and finding the support needed to set realistic health goals.
