Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is said to work at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, thus helping to connect the mind to the body. A great experience for those new to yoga or just starting out.
