Breathe Easy through Nutrition

Find out how the foods you eat may be effecting your respiratory health. During this presentation, participants will be introduced to several quick recipes and snacks that will hep support the health of the respiratory system. We will highlight a few respiratory disorders, their complications, and what symptoms to watch for, including shortness of breath, rapid breathing, slow breathing, wheezing, asthma, bronchitis, smoking, OCPD, and many other respiratory challenges to this system’s overall functioning.

Attendees will learn: 1) All about the the healthy functioning of our respiratory system 2) Respiratory complications resulting from poor diet. 3) What whole foods and nutrients are essential for our respiratory system.
