Make Your Own Kombucha

Participants will make their first batch of kombucha, beginning with brewing the first tea and flavoring it with creative spices, fruit, and fresh herb pairings. Each participant will take home a jar of each recipe, as well as a kombucha SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) to keep the process going at home for many more batches.

Credits include a minimum of 10 participants, additional participants (up to 30 ) are 1 additional credit each.
