Learn the role that food, teas, herbs and supplements can play in boosting the immune system, especially when viruses are making the rounds at the workplace. Julia will share practical, evidence-based (and delicious!) ways to enhance the health of your employees all winter long.

Attendees Will Learn

-How certain foods, such as sugar and alcohol, tax the immune system
-What nutrients are necessary for optimal immune response and the foods that are the best sources of these nutrients
-The role that supplements and herbs can play in optimizing the body's immunity
-The evidence-based science (shared in an easily understood way) behind these recommendations
