This interactive 1 hour workshop will provide participants with information on ergonomics and its relationship to safe workplace practices and wellness. Participants will learn to identify risk factors in their office environment and determining solutions and opportunities for improvements. A PowerPoint presentation as well as a live chair adjustment demonstration and ergonomic exercises breaks will be utilized in this workshop.

About This Speaker
Jamie's practice experience includes clinical treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of upper extremity injuries and chronic conditions as well as experience with ergonomic assessments and interventions for the office worker, automotive assembly line, and the flooring installer trade. She is a member of the American Society for Hand Therapists and her research is published in peer reviewed journals such as Applied Ergonomics and Journal of Hand Therapy.
