About This Speaker
Yolanda is a Financial Educator, speaker, writer, and trainer. She teaches diverse professionals and individuals how to confidently maximize their money to achieve all of their financial dreams.
From her experience of mounting credit card debt and living paycheck- to-paycheck, Yolanda realized how little she knew about managing money. Desperate, distressed, and frustrated, she resolved to get out of debt and change her financial situation—once and for all. After seeking out financial information, support, and creating a plan, Yolanda fully paid off all her credit cards and saved over $62,000 in less than 10 years. Today, she continues to practice the successful money habits she learned during that period.
Her newfound financial knowledge led Yolanda to move into the financial services industry advising clients on various financial matters. In working with clients, Yolanda observed the financial challenges many faced and the lack of sound information they had. Desiring to empower others like her to take control of their money and financial destinies, Yolanda started her business. Her motto is “If you don’t take control of your own financial future, no one else will do it for you. And you CAN.”
