Mindfulness for Health, Happiness and Productivity

Meditation will not only make you happier and healthier by reducing your stress and anxiety, but it will help enhance your performance and productivity, personally and professionally. Keri will address common questions, such as: - What is mindfulness and meditation? - Why do I need to practice? - What's so great about it? - Is it really necessary? She will also teach and guide you through a 15-minute guided practice that was designed to cultivate emotional resilience, greater concentration, clarity/insight, creativity and compassion. Keri will teach you research-backed ways to turn your practice in to a daily habit. And, she will end by learning how to create informal mini-mindful meditation moments (aka, M&Ms) throughout the day, during transition moments; and have a short practical experience of that.
