Easy, Enjoyable and Quick Stress Relief

Learn a variety of techniques to clear stress while gaining focus and productivity in the moment. These quick little techniques are based on the health practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We will use breath and visualization to help you center yourself with a present, clear, calm mind. While some of these techniques use subtle, simple movement, others can be done without anyone else noticing. Use these practices each morning to start your day well or take 3 minutes out of your day to reset as needed.

About This Speaker

Miranda is a senior Instructor of an international Qigong and meditation lineage, with a Master's degree in medical Qigong and Level 3 Master of Usui Reiki. She brings extensive training, practice and teaching experience, along with compassion, humor and intelligence to her teaching, coaching and energetic body work.
