The audience will learn, in detail, what it means to be “healthy”. They will fully understand how a healthy mind leads to a healthy body and vise versa. Our emotions, thoughts, and feelings all affect our bodies function. Taking caring of our emotions and overcoming mental fatigue can greatly impact our physical state/internal health. Participants will realize how truly rejuvenating and “whole” they can feel when they are attuned to their minds. They will learn how much more energy and illness-free days their life will gain.

About This Speaker
Alina witnessed first-hand how dark, mentally exhausting, and simply hopeless one’s life can become as a result of unaddressed issues stemming from food, body image, childhood experiences, close relationships, self-hate, etc. Having this understanding and being able to relate to many, distinguishes her from other practitioners. She teaches people to let go of perfection, as it is a false ideal. The true, the real, the beautiful, and the authentic are imperfect.
