This presentation will teach various self care techniques that can be done anywhere to help reduce and manage stress. Participants will learn chair yoga sequences that can be done at a desk that will relieve stress, help one calm down and help one re energize themselves. A variety of breathing, meditation and mindfulness techniques will be taught so that one can find a technique that they feel most accessible.

Edna has been a Yoga instructor for over 10 years and a Mindfulness Educator for two. Along with teaching clients, she has spoken at conferences and led group presentations.
