Belly Dance is a fun and exciting dance to teach to groups in a work or social environment. You will learn the basics which will then lead to a combination that the participants have fun with. It is a different form of fitness in which they are working muscle groups they never really used and can explore their creativity!

Laura has been a professional Belly Dancer over 25 years. She is Certified in: Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Piyo, Turbokick, Les Mills Bodyflow (yoga/pilates format), Les Mills CXWorx, BollyX (Bollywood dance program). Laura has performed and taught classes for many groups and organizations.
