In this talk, the audience will gain an understanding of how stress impacts the body, their focus and results in the workplace. Breathing practices, mindfulness exercises and tools to use at work and every day life will be provided. Movement will also be incorporated that can be done while sitting/standing at a desk. The bottom line here is to increase productivity through proven tools that will reduce stress and improve focus.
