Mindful Eating

Participants will learn about mindfulness and its general benefits; understanding how the breath can be a tool to help with mindfulness, focus and even body temperature regulation; how our five senses and the way we perceive flavor can affect our state of mind; four tips for mindful eating; an eating exercise to experience how to practice mindful eating; a meditation experience and Q & A session.

About This Speaker

Janie is a qualified Yoga instructor that chose to eat an entirely plant based diet in 2011. This choice dramatically changed her health, and now she shares her experience with others through presentations and one-on-one training.
