This talk is about mindfulness and its relation to nutrition. We go over what mindfulness is, ways to be mindful, mindfulness & nutrition, and how mindfulness can be implemented in to daily life. Mindfulness can be a wonderful tool to use to help manage or lose weight. We will discuss nutrition, what is nutrition, balanced meals, and how to be successful when planning meals and snacks.

Nicole has been in private practice for over 5 years. During this time she has participated in many team nutritional talks and speaking engagements at senior centers. Nicole also has presented cooking classes for healthy meal and snack options.
