The Psychology & Science of Yoga & Meditation

This workshop draws upon current research and examples from both psychology and neuroscience, with all concepts explained in easy-to-understand language. The workshop will include exercises for self-reflection, an upbeat lecture component, and the opportunity to put newly learned principles into practice with meditation.

About This Speaker

Antonia has practiced yoga for almost 20 years. With extensive teaching experience, and Masters degrees in both Psychology and Education, her yoga style incorporates current knowledge about topics such as health psychology, stress, and resilience, as well as thoughtfully designed techniques to help students develop the skills needed to build their own understanding and practice.
