This program is designed to take an in depth look at the aspects of healthy aging through the prism of the fitness aspect of life. This focus is on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to improve one's quality of life and allow ourselves the gift of "growing older and NOT old". My passion is in helping people of all ages transition to a "consciousness" that presents itself in any number of ways and enables and empowers us to reach for the best within us and create a life of value and serving our higher needs "on purpose".
