The workshop will consist of an interactive discussion about the 3 topics, a brief journaling session, Q&A, a 20-minute gentle yoga session concluding with a 5-minute guided meditation session.

Attendees Will Learn

-The meaning of mindfulness & how to incorporate this into their everyday lives (especially during stressful moments)
-The meaning of movement & how to move their bodies according to their goals & capabilities
-Tips on how to pre-plan meals including shopping lists, grocery shopping, meal prepping & planning
