Comprehensive Return to Work Services

As we look toward opening on-site work in the aftermath of COVID-19, it is important that leaders, employees and visitors to your work site feel safe and protected. Testing is a concrete way to demonstrate your commitment to employee and client health as we return to business as usual. Our Comprehensive Return to Work Services follow a 3-phase plan to get your employees tested and feeling comfortable to return to work.

Phase 1 - Baseline Population Screening

Goal: to help companies assess the risk of re-opening in-office business and help employees feel safe to return to the work site, as well as outside clientele comfortable in entering the place of business through at-home antigen and antibody lab testing.

Phase 2 - Moving toward and in support of office re-open

-Daily temperature monitoring for employees and visitors
-Continued screening for antibodies to determine immunity
-Home testing kits will be sent where appropriate.
-Continued insight into population level testing results
-Same day virtual sick visits for those experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

Phase 3 - Resuming Normal Operations

-Continued temperature monitoring to identify any potential spikes or outbreaks quickly and efficiently
-If appropriate, a COVID-19 home antigen test can be taken at which point employees may be asked to remain in or go into quarantine, ensuring that those tested for immunity can stay working, and only those at risk remain in isolation.
-Employees will have access to the full set of in-person and Telehealth services as part of their health benefit package, along with a targeted approach for those at risk for contracting COVID-19.
-Coordination of on-site clinics where employees can access primary care services such as annual physicals and seasonal vaccines without leaving the office.
-Ongoing support via Telehealth and digital record-keeping.
